Our standard shipping fee is €5.99 for all items in our store. For orders over €50, we offer free shipping. Special discounts may apply.

Shipping within the Netherlands
For orders within the Netherlands, we aim to ship your order within 1 business day after payment. Most order are shipped with PostNL. Delivery of your order can take 1 to 10 business days.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. The delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the destination country. Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available) to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. We will do our best to resolve the issue and assist you with a replacement product or a refund.
